  1. Spiritual consulting and healing of any kind are for those who are prepared. The healer is also responsible for ensuring that the service can serve your highest and greatest good before the session. Please manage your expectation and criticism, and be open to the message that comes through the service.
  2. Spiritual consulting and healing of any kind are not scientific services, which can differ from person to person due to different life experiences; it cannot and will not be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please seek professional medical help if you are unwell.
  3. Please notify and communicate with the healer if you are allergic to any plants, scents, frequency or vibration for your safety and wellbeing before the session.
  4. After booking the service, you may notify the healer and amend the session 48 hours prior. The deposit will not be refunded; The deposit will not be refunded if you were 15 minutes late to the session; There is no refund after the service begins or if you decided to leave during the session.
  5. The maximum time limit of service overrun is 10 minutes to ensure you can properly digest the message. If it were to overrun after 15 minutes, we would be charging as half an hour.

  4. 預約服務後，客人可於48小時前更改一次。訂金恕不退款；若客人遲到15分鐘，訂金亦將不獲退回；服務進行後或中途離場，所有款項恕不退款。
  5. 為確保訊息的吸收以及整合，該服務可最多不超時多於10分鐘，而超出15分鐘後，則當半小時計算。

We will send you the confirmation letter/message after we receive your payment record.
